User Data Deletion Instructions

At ajeg.co.id, we respect your privacy and provide users the ability to request deletion of their Facebook-related data that we store via Meta’s Graph API.

If you wish to delete your user data, you can do so using either of the following methods:

Option 1: Automatic via Facebook

You can remove the app and request data deletion directly from your Facebook settings:

1. Go to Facebook Settings
2. Click “Apps and Websites”
3. Find and select ajeg.co.id
4. Click “Remove”
5. During the removal, choose “Delete all data” related to the app

This will trigger Meta’s standard callback to notify our server to delete all your stored data.

Option 2: Manual Request

Alternatively, you may request manual deletion by sending an email to:

Subject: User Data Deletion Request – ajeg.co.id

Please include the following in your email:

• Your Facebook User ID or Page ID
• Confirmation that you want all your data deleted

We will process your request and delete all associated data within 7 business days.

Data Scope

The following data will be permanently deleted:

• Facebook Page metadata linked to your account
• Page insights cached or stored for dashboard purposes
• Any scheduled or posted content references
• Tokens or user identifiers

No personal messages, passwords, or sensitive user data are collected or stored by ajeg.co.id.
